For nearly a decade I’ve been coaching ocean swimming through GoodSwim Manly. I realised swimming alone wasn’t enough to keep me strong for my life adventures—travel, swimming, surfing, freediving and all the other activities I try to cram into my life. A while ago I decided to add strength training to my lifestyle.... and what a change it has made. I now feel stronger and healthier than ever before. As a qualified fitness trainer and proven swim coach I would like to help you on your change too. I’ve seen how strength, power and cardio can transform women’s lives, especially after 40. Building muscle, confidence and connections is all part of the journey. I get the struggles, I really do. Shifting hormones, creeping weight gain and gyms that feel off-limits, thats why I created GoodFit. I’m right there with you, offering guidance to your sessions that fit your busy life.
